Dr. Herrera's Nexus AI Model is a theoretical model designed to analyze the interrelationship among the 18.6 year Real Estate cycle, Credit Cycle and Distressed Credit Cycle. The model uses artificial  intelligence techniques to identify and analyze the patterns and trends in these cycles, and to provide insights into the potential impact of these cycles on the economy. 

One of the major features of the Nexus AI Model is its ability to analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources, including financial markets, real estate markets, economic indicators, and other relevant sources. The model uses machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and trends in this data, and to make predictions about future real estate conditions based on these patterns.

Our Nexus AI model software will be developing a subscription-based model, where users pay a recurring fee to access the software and its features. The pricing of the subscription may depend on the level of access and support provided to users, such as the frequency of updates, the availability of customer support, and the ability to customize the software for specific use cases.

We are currently working on creating a new Technopolis University. We will be re-branding an entire community and creating large scale acquisitions of land for novel new type of University. We will be offering High Technology firms the opportunity to become partners in this novel use of community resources. We will create magnificent executive homes and a new technopolis community. We plan for the integration of crypto-currency for state   of art real estate transactions.

  We will use Ark technologies to create the community for a new millennial housing.  We will be using many of the innovations from Cathie Woods Ark Technologies to create a modern institute. We will integrate autonomous Tech and Robotics, Fintech innovations, Space exploration, 3 D printing, transparency index, exchange listed companies , genomics, health care, biotechnology, industrials, manufacturing and information technologies. We firmly believe that Catherine Woods will become one the greatest investors of the 21 century.
